1. Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Contractual partner, customer service

3. conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the "Buy now" button, you place a non-binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately by email after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within five days.

4. shipping costs

Shipping costs are added to the product prices stated.

- We charge a flat rate of € 4.95 per order for delivery within Germany.

From an order value of € 35.00 we deliver free of charge within Germany.

- For delivery with DHL Express shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of € 25.00 per order

- For delivery to Austria / Switzerland we charge a flat rate of € 11.90 per order.

From an order value of € 75.00 we deliver to Austria / Switzerland free of charge.

5. Payment

Payment is made by prepayment, cash on delivery, credit card, direct debit, instant bank transfer and PayPal

Prepayment

If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Cash on delivery

If you select the cash on delivery payment method, an additional 5.00 euros will be charged.

Credit card

Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order

Instant bank transfer

We also offer instant bank transfer. We receive the transfer credit immediately. This speeds up the entire order process. All you need is your account number, sort code, PIN and TAN. Using the secure payment form from Sofort AG, which is not accessible to merchants, Sofortüberweisung automatically sets up a transfer in your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the bank account of apaxamed GmbH. Our service is free of charge for you as a customer, only the fees (transfer fee) of your bank may apply.

If you choose the immediate transfer payment method, a pre-filled form will open at the end of the order process. This already contains our bank details. In addition, the transfer amount and the purpose of the transfer are already displayed in the form. You must now select the country in which you have your online banking account and enter the bank sort code. Then enter the same data as when you registered for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. You will receive confirmation of the transaction immediately afterwards.

In principle, any Internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method if they have an authorised online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that Sofortüberweisung is not yet available at a few banks. PayPal

You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page after completing the order process:

If you have a PayPal account, log in to your account as usual to pay.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay by direct debit or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) as a PayPal guest without logging in. Further information can be found at www.paypal.com.

6. collection by yourself

We only deliver by dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

We deliver to Packstation.

8. return / exchange

You have the option of returning your order in accordance with the deadlines defined in our right of cancellation (14 days).

You can return all orders to us free of charge with DHL (request a returns slip from us), provided the goods fulfil the other conditions of the cancellation policy. We will refund the purchase price already paid by you immediately upon receipt of your return. Depending on the payment method, you will receive the refund amount in the form of a credit to your account, your PayPal account or your credit card account.

9. cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, die2 GmbH, Von-der-Tann-Str. 45, 86159 Augsburg, phone: +49 821 50 818 900, fax: +49 821 50 818 909, e-mail: info@beauty.camp, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

You can complete and send the model cancellation form below or another clear declaration. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We shall bear the costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (e.g. forwarding goods). You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, can normally be returned by post.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

11 Contract language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

12. severability clause

The invalidity of any provision of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
